Dear Fannie Bradley,
Today is the day. The day we focused on for so many months. Your Due Date. Your daddy and I are so blessed to have shared the past 12 days with you and can't imagine life without you. Thank you for not making us wait another second past 8:30 pm on May 19 to meet you. We don't remember life before you. We both have so much love to share and want to share it with you. My heart melts thinking about the relationship that you and your daddy already have. He loves harder than anyone I know and he loves you more than you will ever know. You are already the luckiest and most loved baby in the world.
We shared a very special morning with you which is only fitting for your special due date day. We took you to church for the first time and you were absolutely perfect. Not a peep was made and you slept through the entire service including the exceptionally loud choral performance. They announced your birth today and there was a rose on the altar in your honor. Everyone wanted to meet you and you will love growing up with the North Avenue family and it will be their mission to treat you as the precious child of God that you are. Then we kept with tradition and had lunch at the Varsity. You slept through that too. (I am sort of dreading the day you wake up!)
You also had two new visitors today, Katie and Clint.
It was a great day but everyday with you is great.
You really do complete us.
I love you,
Mommy

She wasn't swaddled and ended up kicking off the blanket and rotating herself into this sideways position. And yes, if she fully extends her legs, she can touch the end of the basket!

She is beautiful!! Hate that I haven't seen her yet - still battling the daycare virus!! Hope to see Fannie Bradley in person soon!! And Kyle, you look great!!
Ok, that made me cry! Can't imagine what I will do at the big milestones. I never could imagine I would love all my little people (Fannie Bradley, Walker and Humberto, Jr.) as much as I do. She looked adorable in her dress, can't wait to continue to buy fun things for her. Yall are already amazing parents and I look forward to watching yall grow in your relationship with Miss Fannie Bradley!
