On Tuesday, December 1, John met his girls for lunch and then we headed out to get Fannie Bradley's first Christmas Tree. Our entire house is usually fully decorated, tree included, by the end of Thanksgiving weekend, regardless of whether the Dawgs play in Athens or Atlanta. BUT, since John was hunting all weekend, we were a little behind.
First stop: Lunch at our family favorite, Ribs, Etc.
Second stop: our neighborhood nursery

We found our section

There were a lot of options!

Fannie touching a Christmas tree for the FIRST time. Fannie's face = Hilarious. Her Daddy's face is pretty funny too.

She still doesn't know what to think about it...

Wearing her first (of many!) pair of Keds. Too cute.

Still sporting the funny face. You can see it in her eyes. Too bad the Baby Bjorn is covering up the rest of it. Classic.

I love these two!

Making sure it will fit in our living room

Still checking...

We'll take it!

Fannie is still puzzled by these green sticky prickly things!

All wrapped up

And ready to go!

Last stop: Home!

Daddy bringing the tree inside

Into the stand she goes

And off the netting goes

On with the lights

Tummy time just got alot better

until she realized she could rip the mat apart

FB loved the strand of tree lights

Trying to grab them

those cheeks

She got 'em!

And they went straight into her mouth, like everything else in sight!

I think that's the same Pike Guy that helped us with ours :) Merry Christmas to your cute family. Enjoy this first with Fannie Bradley!
